Alina is supported and quality-monitored to international standards by three trusted organizations: TVM Capital Healthcare, The Fred Hollows Foundation (FHF), and Japan's leading pharmaceutical group, Rohto.

TVM Capital Healthcare is a specialized growth and expansion capital firm based in Dubai and Singapore, focusing on innovative, tech-enabled healthcare companies in MENA and Southeast Asia. TVM acts as strategic partners by investing equity and working with management teams to build sector leaders, especially in single-specialty clinics and localized manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics. In January 2024, TVM acquired majority ownership of Alina Vision.

The Fred Hollows Foundation has over 30 years of experience in ending avoidable blindness, restoring sight to more than 2.5 million people across 25+ countries. It partners locally and invests in innovative eye care models, focusing on workforce training to deliver sustainable, high-quality services in marginalized communities.

ROHTO has been distributing over-the-counter eye drops for more than 100 years and its range of products is distributed in more than 110 countries. In recent years the company broadened its focus to include cosmetics, food and agriculture, as well as sustainable systems that have a positive impact on society.
